Answers. Setup Guides.
Zero Fluff.
Everything is here, organized by when you actually need it, before you hire us, while we build, and after you launch.
Something wrong right now?
- Site down, checkout failing, or you think you have been hacked. Call +1-248-205-6977 any hour, any day. Do not email, and do not wait for business hours.
- Something on the site needs changing, request a change, or check whether you can just do it yourself.
- An invoice looks wrong, how billing works, then call. If a charge is not something you agreed to, it is our mistake.
- Stuck on a setup screen, send a screenshot with anything sensitive covered. Same-day answer, seven days a week.
Before you hire us
Everything you would want to read before spending money with us, including the prices and the list of who we turn down.
- Find your engine Five questions answered in your browser, with no email field and nothing stored. Ends with an engine, a price and a start date, then the full side-by-side comparison of all three.
- Pricing and what is included Presence, Foundation and Growth with every price published: what each build includes, what the monthly covers, how support hours scale, and the difference between them line by line.
- Marquee, for artists The separate product for musicians and bands. What gets built, what the monthly covers, how the three weeks run, and the four cases where it is the wrong buy.
- How a build runs The fit call and its five questions, how we decide when we can start, the six steps, what we need on day one, what moves your launch date, and how billing works.
- Who we do not work with The industries we refuse and who is actually blocking them, when the arithmetic does not work, when it is the wrong month, and what we would tell you to do instead.
- Straight answers Sixty-three questions across the basics, choosing, pricing, timing, the monthly, ownership, results and artists. Including what we will not promise.
Getting started
The three things we need in week one. Gathering them early is the single biggest thing you control about your launch date.
- Onboarding checklist What everyone sends, then what changes depending on what you bought. The emails you will receive so you know they are real, who has to approve what, where to send it all, and what actually causes delays.
- Google Business Profile access Start by picking your situation: one location, several, or a former agency holding the profile. Then what we do with the access, and how to remove it whenever you want.
- Domain and DNS access Find your registrar first, then seven steps for GoDaddy. Whether it breaks your email, what to do if you are somewhere else, and the option where you give us nothing and paste the records yourself.
Setting up the tools
Only relevant if your build includes texting or payments. Both take longer than people expect, so start them the week we ask.
- Twilio brand registration Why the carriers require it, the one field that decides whether it passes (your exact legal name), what to send us, the three checks your website has to pass, the fees, and what the common rejections mean.
- Twilio campaign registration What compliant opt-in actually looks like, whether your existing customer list counts, sample messages, the three automatic replies you are required to have, and why links get campaigns denied.
- Stripe business verification Ten minutes, free, once. You enter everything yourself and we never see it. What to have in front of you, what a reviewer looks for on your website, your refund policy, and why to use a business bank account.
After you launch
Everything a live client needs. None of it requires you to email and wait for an answer.
- Request a change What you can do yourself for free, what your care plan already covers, how to send a request that gets actioned today, what a complete request looks like, and how fast each kind moves.
- How billing works Every charge you could ever get from us on one page: build fees, monthly care, ad spend for Growth, how you pay, what happens if a payment is late, tax, and canceling.
- Leave feedback Thirty seconds. Rate the experience, tell us what we are actually trying to learn, and the Google review link is on the same page for everyone regardless of what you think of us.
Do it yourself, free
You do not have to be a client to use any of this, and you do not have to become one afterwards. Each of these is the actual work, published, with nothing held back.

The local SEO playbook
Twenty-five things in four groups, one afternoon. Finish your Google Business Profile properly, ask every customer for a review the same day, fix your NAP everywhere, and test the things nobody tests.
-
Audit your own ad account
Five checks, about an hour. The search terms report alone typically finds $400 to $900 of monthly waste on a $3,000 budget.
-
Do you actually own your website?
Five checks, ten minutes, on the site you have right now. Most people who think they own their site do not, and they find out at the worst possible moment.
-
What a website actually costs around here
Five real options in Oakland County with honest pros and cons, including the three that are cheaper than us and who each one genuinely suits.
-
Is your agency marking up your ad spend?
Four checks, five minutes. Most business owners do not know this is checkable. It is, and the answer matters more than the management fee.
-
Make your existing print measurable
Tag the yard signs and cards you already have, so in ninety days you have a real answer about whether to reorder instead of a feeling.
-
The print spec guide
4mm or 10mm coroplast, flute direction, H-stakes, card stock, bleed. Take it to any printer, including one that is not us.
-
Do you actually need a new logo?
Five tests. If you pass all five, keep the mark you have and spend the money on photography of your actual work instead.
-
Five questions to ask any SEO company
Including us. Especially us. With the good answer and the run-for-the-door answer side by side for each.
Why all of this is public. Because the businesses that do the free work and then call us are the best clients we get. They already understand what the work is. The ones who do it and never call were never going to buy from us anyway, and they are better off than they were.
Still stuck?
One message. These three things and we can usually answer it in the first reply instead of the third.
-
Your website URL
So we can look before we answer, instead of asking you which site.
-
What you were trying to do
The goal, not just the error. I was adding a service page tells us more than it broke.
-
What happened instead
A screenshot beats a description every time. Cover anything sensitive before you send it.
